  1. All Sales Are Final
    Due to the custom nature of orders and safety concerns, all sales are final.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may issue a replacement or refund based on proof of damage.
  3. No Exchanges
    We do not accept exchanges at this time.

    To request a return due to damage, email us at admin@shaggsedc.com with your order number and photos of the issue or upload the relevant pictures in Contact Us menu.
